Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Compliance Glossary for Confluence ("the App"), developed by DailyMind LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely within the Atlassian Confluence Cloud environment, subject to your Atlassian Marketplace purchase and these Terms.

Intended Use

The App is designed to help teams manage terminology compliance within Confluence. It provides glossary management, compliance scanning, and audit reporting features. The App is a documentation and reporting tool — it does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your organization's compliance with applicable regulations.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Atlassian's terms of use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's infrastructure or systems
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Rely on the App as your sole compliance mechanism without independent verification

Atlassian Marketplace

The App is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your purchase, subscription, and billing are governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, Atlassian's terms prevail with respect to billing and distribution.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, design, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of DailyMind LTD. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Data Handling

The App operates entirely within the Atlassian Forge platform. All data is stored in Atlassian's Entity Store, isolated per installation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Compliance Scanning Disclaimer

The App's scanning feature identifies potential terminology issues based on your configured glossary. It is a reporting tool, not a regulatory compliance certification. Scan results should be reviewed by qualified personnel. We do not guarantee that the App will identify all terminology inconsistencies, and a clean scan does not constitute compliance certification.

Service Availability

The App runs on the Atlassian Forge platform. Its availability depends on Atlassian's infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for downtime caused by the Atlassian platform or circumstances beyond our control.

Support

We provide support via email at compliance-glossary@teamkit.dev. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support is available in English.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DailyMind LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your license ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
