Compliance Glossary for Confluence

How do I export an archive?

Select Export archive in the Enterprise evidence workspace. The app queues a server job for the current enterprise freeze. The job writes bounded, hashed parts for meanings, artifacts, usage, links, and conformance, then checks them before finalization. The archive stays in app storage. The workspace shows only Export archive completed. and offers no archive download.

How it works

  1. Open Terminology Baseline and find Enterprise evidence workspace.
  2. Review Coverage blockers.
  3. Under Verification and portable evidence, select Run verification.
  4. Select Export archive.
  5. Read Export archive completed. as "job queued", not as a finished archive.
  6. For files you can hand over today, use Download baseline package (JSON) or Download baseline package (CSV) in Terminology Baseline.
  7. For per-artifact or per-trace files, use Download glossary slice, Download reissue handoff, or Download trace chain.

Example

A risk committee needs evidence for a release review. The evidence administrator verifies the current freeze and selects Export archive. The server writes the frozen sections in bounded parts and finalizes the manifest. The committee receives the downloaded baseline package instead, because the workspace cannot download the archive itself.

What this does not mean

Export archive queues a server job. It is not a browser download, and the workspace does not report job progress or the archive identity. The archive preserves application-level evidence and integrity checks. It does not create legal WORM storage, certify compliance, approve a release, or execute a signature.

Next step

Verify the current freeze first. Use the downloadable baseline package when an auditor needs a file today.
